Pancakes and Waffles

Fluffy and tasty, these are sure to satisfy your breakfast crave:)

3 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups cold water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs

Mix the dry ingredients, and pour in the wet ingredients  gently mix until combined

Have your pan and waffle iron preheated and greased. 

Use 1/4 cup to measure your pancakes and a little over filled 1/4 cup for your waffles. 

Heat the pan to 5-6 on med high and cook the pancakes for a couple of minutes per side until slightly golden and flip:) place in the waffle iron and use as directed. 

If you want these fancier or fluffier use milk instead of water

This made 12 pancakes and 8 waffles. But if you want the perfect sized waffles i'd strongly suggest 1/3 cup of batter.
